Organization
Your company record — name, addresses, contacts, and the settings every Aeron product reads. Yours to keep current, rather than something you raise a ticket to change.
Aeron Zero
Zero is where your company is set up. Add a colleague, give them the products and stations they need, register your hardware, and see exactly what you are paying for. Every Aeron product reads it from here, so you only do it once.
Included with every Aeron product
What Zero is for
Your company, what it costs, and your own account. Each one is set in one place and read by every product that needs it.
Your company record — name, addresses, contacts, and the settings every Aeron product reads. Yours to keep current, rather than something you raise a ticket to change.
Invite a colleague, set what they may do, hand over ownership, deactivate someone who has left. One removal closes every door at the same moment.
Choose who opens Live3, who opens Wedant, who opens Local Sky — person by person, and station by station. Nobody has to share a login to see one dashboard.
Register hardware, name it, place it in a site, move it, transfer or retire it. The fleet is a tree, and access granted to a branch follows it down.
Issue a key so your own software can read your own data, limit it to the stations it should see, and revoke it the moment you no longer trust it.
What your company subscribes to, how many seats it covers, and how many of those are actually in use. Start, change, or stop a subscription from here.
Invoices, payments and receipts in one list — with the people and stations each one is paying for a click away, not in a different system.
Your name, photo, email and password, and two-step sign-in if you want it. Change it once and every Aeron product you use shows the change.
Every administrative change in your organization, with who made it and when — including the attempts that were refused.
One address for help. And when Aeron support does something inside your organization, the trail says it was support — never dressed up as one of your own people.
The control plane
There is no second list of your staff to keep in step, and no per-app spreadsheet of who may see which station. Give someone Live3 here and they have Live3 the moment you save — because Live3 asks Zero rather than keeping its own copy.
It matters more the other way round. When someone leaves, you remove them once, and every door closes at the same time.

The record
Every administrative change is written down as it happens, so the change and the record of it cannot come apart. Refused attempts are kept too — who tried to remove the last owner is worth more than most of the successes.
That includes us. Anything Aeron support does inside your organization appears in your trail under support, not under one of your own names.
